Transatlantic Security Issues

NATO as a political and military alliance. NATO and 21<cp:Superscript>st<cp:>-century threats. Security roles for the E.U. Broader translatlantic security issues.
Precludes additional credit for PSCI 5803.
Prerequisite: fourth-year Honours standing or permission of the Department, and one of PSCI 2601, PSCI 3603, PSCI 3607.
Seminars three hours a week.
