Introduction to Linguistics and Applied Language Studies II
Survey of topics in linguistics and applied language studies: semantics, historical linguistics, psycholinguistics, first and second language acquisition, sociolinguistics, discourse, written language and literacy, language teaching and learning.
Precludes additional credit for
FYSM 1206 and
LALS 1000.
Prerequisite:
LALS 1001.
Lectures three hours a week.
