Fundamentals of object-oriented programming using C++. Objects, abstraction and inheritance. Event-driven programming. Advanced concepts of iteration, sequence and selection. Algorithms for searching, sorting, string processing and numerical analysis. Development of business applications in C++.Precludes additional credit for COMP 1002. Prerequisite: BUSI 1402 with a grade of C or higher. Lectures three hours and tutorial one hour a week. |
