Academic Integrity (a section of the Academic Regulations of the University)

Post-publication update: Section 14.0, "Instructional Offences" of Section E, the Student Conduct section of the University's academic regulations has been replaced with regulations concerning "Academic Integrity", in accordance with regulation changes passed by the University's Senate, and as advertised in the 2006-2007 print edition. (Post-publication Senate-approved change, posted September 15, 2006).

Post-publication update: the following sections in the Academic Regulations of the University have been changed since the publication of the print edition of the 2006-2007 Undergraduate Calendar (Post-publication Senate-approved change, posted May 8, 2006):

Academic Year 2006-2007

In the section "Summer Term 2007", May 21, the statement "Missed classes may meet May 26" should read "Missed classes may meet May 25". (Correction posted May 8, 2007) , and under July 2 the statement "Missed classes may meet July 14" should read "July 13" and under August 6, "Missed classes may meet August 11" should read "August 10". (Corrections posted June 11, 2007).

Architecture
  • ARCH 2006 course title change from Introduction to Industrial Design to The History and Theory of Industrial Design (update posted September 6, 2006).
Business
  • Post-publication change for B. Com. Concentration in International Business: references to ECON 3603 and ECON 3700 have been replaced by ECON 3508 and ECON 3808 respectively, due to Economics course renumbering (posted June 9, 2006)
  • Post-publication change for B.I.B. Concentration in International Marketing and Trade: ECON 3700 in item 3 is changed to ECON 3808 due to Economics course renumbering (posted June 9, 2006)
  • Post-publication change for B.I.B. Concentration in Strategic Management and International Human Resources: reference to ECON 3506 has been replaced by ECON 3508 due to Economics course renumbering.
Chemistry
  • B.Sc.Combined Hons. Chemistry and Computer Science - Item #11 (1.0 credit in free electives) had been left off from the Chemistry version of this combined program description, in error. The description has been corrected. (Update posted September 21, 2009)
Computer Science
Early Feedback Guideline
  • Post-publication to Academic Regulations of the University: Addition of Early Feedback Guideline (Post-publication Senate-approved change, posted August 22, 2006)
Industrial Design
  • Post-publication update: the program requirements for the B.I.D. have changed. Item 1 requires PHYS 1007 and PHYS 1008 (with a grade of C- or higher in each), instead of PHYS 1003 and PHYS 1004. (Post-publication Senate-approved change, posted April 27, 2006)
International Affairs
  • Correction: the course descriptions for INAF 3000, INAF 4101, INAF 4102 and INAF 4103 in the print edition of the Undergraduate Calendar do not reflect changes to the prerequisites that were approved for 2006-2007. The Web edition has been corrected to reflect these changes. (Posted May 3, 2006)

Mass Communication

  • Post-publication update: regulations for academic performance evaluation in the B.A. Honours and General degrees in Mass Communication have changed. Mass Communication students are now governed by the Academic Performance Evaluation regulations in section 7.0 of the Academic Regulations of the University. Change to regulations posted May 8, 2006, in accordance with the Senate-approved post-publication update to the regulations).

Regulations - Admission Requirements for Undergraduate Degree Programs

  • Post-publication update: the admissions requirements for entry into First Year of the Bachelor of Computer Science (Honours) have changed. Change to regulations posted December 12, 2006, in accordance with a Senate-approved update to the regulations.
