Program Requirements
Cognitive Science with Specialization in Philosophical and Conceptual Issues B.A. Honours (20.0 credits)
- 1.5 credits in CGSC 2001, CGSC 2002 and CGSC 3001;
- 1.0 credit in CGSC 4908 [1.0];
- 1.5 credits in COMP 1005, COMP 1006, and COMP 1805;
- 0.5 credit from COMP 4106 or CGSC 4001/5001;
- 2.5 credits in LALS 1001, LALS 1002, LALS 2001, LALS 2003 and LALS 3505;
- 1.0 credit from PHIL 1301, PHIL 2501 or PHIL 3502;
- 0.5 credit from PHIL 2001 or PHIL 3306;
- 0.5 credit from PHIL 2504, PHIL 3104, PHIL 3301, PHIL 3501, PHIL 3502 or PHIL 3504;
- 2.0 credits in PSYC 1001, PSYC 1002, PSYC 2200 and PSYC 2700;
- 4.5 credits in the specialization:
- 3.0 credits from PHIL 2300, PHIL 2504, PHIL 3104, PHIL 3301, PHIL 3306, PHIL 3501, PHIL 3502, or PHIL 3504;
- 0.5 credit from PHIL 4503 or PHIL 4504;
- 1.0 credit from: (PHIL 4103 or PHIL 4104), (PHIL 4506 or PHIL 4507), PHIL 4202, (PHIL 4301 or PHIL 4302), (only one course from each pair may be counted);
- 4.5 credits in free electives.

- Normally, students may not offer more than one credit of independent study (eg. CGSC 4801 and CGSC 4802) in their total program, including independent study credits taken through other departments.
