Selected Topics in Mass Communication Analysis
Topic for Summer 2005: Communication & Human Rights. An examination of the historical and theoretical roots of communication as a human right and critical assessment of the problems and controversies associated with it.
Precludes additional credit for MCOM 4101.
Prerequisite: MCOM 3101 and fourth-year Honours standing in Mass Communication or permission of the School of Journalism and Communication.
Seminar three hours a week.
