Teaching and Learning Services

Supporting Carleton’s teaching and learning community as we empower students to succeed in the classroom and beyond.

Teaching and Learning Services aims to advance pedagogical innovation, foster immersive, experiential and student-centred learning opportunities, and improve our campus and online learning environments.

Through the Future Learning Lab and Experiential Learning Hub, we support teaching approaches that reduce barriers to engagement and empower students to take control of their own learning. Our communities of practice and workshops promote agile teaching practices and relationship-rich education. We encourage creative and high-impact teaching practices using modern educational technologies.
