As Alberta’s Public Trustee you will provide strategic leadership in delivering complex programs and services related to the administration of the property of represented adults, minor children and deceased persons. Reporting to the Assistant Deputy Minister, Disability Services Division, you will review and recommend changes to legislation and regulations to better meet the needs of clients and programs. You will also oversee the investment and management of client funds in excess of $500 million. Through your direction and guidance, the management teams in the Edmonton and Calgary offices will coordinate estate administration programs with the internal audit and legal services areas and implement improvements to existing policies and processes.
