IPAC Call for Papers and Awards
The Institute of Public Administration of Canada (IPAC) is preparing for the 2013 Annual Conference in Montreal, Quebec, August 18-21, 2013. We would like to invite you, a student or colleague to participate by proposing a paper or poster or by nominating a great teacher:
Adjudicated Papers at the IPAC 2013 Annual Conference
Submit an abstract (up to 500 words) of a paper to be presented at the 2013 Annual Conference. Panels explore a wide range of new and emerging research. The conference theme is “Reinventing Public Administration”. The sub-themes will focus on reinventing public administration…
- in relation to citizens and elected officials;
- in intergovernmental relations;
- in processes;
- and learning from the past and beyond.
Deadline for submission is April 1st, 2013.
Pierre De Celles Award for Teaching Excellence in Public Administration
The award recognizes the best teacher in Canada who brings their knowledge, experience and passion to students.
Deadline for nominations is April 1st, 2013.
National Student Thought Leadership Awards
The National Student and Thought Leadership Awards in Public Administration, a joint initiative of the Institute of Public Administration of Canada (IPAC) and the Canadian Association of Programs in Public Administration (CAPPA), aims to recognize talent in Canadian schools at the regional level and at the national level. It will promote excellence in public administration and showcase the top talent emerging from Canadian programs each year. Please encourage your students to participate.
Deadline for nominations is May 1st, 2013.
