IMPORTANT DATES
ACADEMIC DEADLINES
Sept. 30 – Last day to withdraw from Fall term and Fall/Winter courses with a full fee adjustments. Withdrawals after this date will create no financial change to Fall term fees (financial withdrawal)
Sept. 30 – Last day for receipt of applications for review of final grades in Summer term courses.
Oct. 1 – EPC is charged on all student accounts with an outstanding balance.
Oct. 4 – OSAP Application deadline for students registered Fall term ONLY.
Oct. 16 – OSAP Application recommended deadline for full Fall/Winter session – Last day to be eligible for OSAP funding for the full 34 weeks of the fall and winter terms.
Dec. 3– Fall term ends. Last day to pay any remaining Fall tuition fees to avoid a hold on access to marks through Carleton Central and the release of transcripts and other official documents.
Dec. 3 –Last day for academic withdrawal from Fall term courses. See September 30 for Fall financial deadline.
