This year, SPECTRUM III – a conference organized by graduate students of Carleton’s School of Public Policy and Administration – explores the topic of urban poverty in Ottawa. Issues covered will include housing, health, gender, food security, homelessness and media, social enterprise, and income inequality, among others. The conference intends to provide a forum for learning and discussion with local participants in the poverty reduction community. All are welcome – and encouraged – to attend.
