David Wood, Assistant Professor and CTESL Supervisor, for being one of the three Carleton instructors named as winners in the 2009 Capital Educators Award. There were 20 winners from the 66 finalists.

In April, David Wood was one of six Carleton instructors named as finalists in the 2009 Capital Educators Award. The award recipients were announced at EduGala (the annual dinner and awards event held at Algonquin College on May 21, 2009).
