Carleton University is advising Ottawa residents that a man claiming to be affiliated with the Paul Menton Centre for Students with Disabilities has been canvassing door-to-door for funds In the Alta Vista area of the city.
Carleton University and the Paul Menton Centre do not canvas in this manner and this individual is not affiliated with the university.
