Campus Safety investigating a Break and Enter
September 3rdth 2013 – For immediate release
On August 30th 2013, the Department of University Safety received report of a Break and Enter into a first level Leeds Residence room.
Between the 8:30pm and 11pm the window screen leading into the residence room was cut and a number of items were stolen from within the room. The occupant of the room was not present during the time of this incident.
Campus Safety and the Ottawa Police Service continue to investigate this incident.
The Department of University Safety would like to remind all first level occupants on campus to secure their windows when they leave their officers or residence rooms.
