The Registrar’s Office
The Registrar’s Office manages the academic activities of all Undergraduate and Special Students. Our office manages the academic records of all Carleton students (past and present) including Undergraduate, Graduate, and Special.
The Registrar’s Office hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We are available to help via phone, email, or in-person.
How To Reach Us
- Email: Email us with your questions. We aim to respond to inquiries within 2 business days.
- Telephone: Call us at 613-520-3500 during our normal business hours.
- In person: We are located at 300 Tory Building.
The Student Registration Assistance team is offering extended service hours Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. from September 8 to 22 to help students with registration questions and concerns.
During the extended hours of 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., only registration assistance will be available. All other Registrar’s Office services are available Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
