The HR team is committed to enhancing the client experience at Carleton. We have a number of initiatives underway that are helping us achieve this goal. Broadly speaking, our HR strategy is to 1) modernize existing tools, policies & processes 2) initiate a new suite of tools and services and 3) ultimately transform the HR brand.
As part of our transformation and ongoing change, we have restructured the HR organization into four broad quadrants described below. While each quadrant has a primary focus, they interconnect, collaborate and overlap. This design maximizes our effectiveness and level of service to our staff and faculty, and the organization as a whole.
