Calling all chefs!
Submit your favourite recipe and you would win $100 and have your dish published!
University Services is holding a recipe contest for the 2014 University Services calendar. The 12 winning recipes will be published in the calendar, be seen across
campus, and the submitters will each receive $100 on their Campus Card!
We want you to submit your favourite recipes for the categories below! You can submit up to 3 recipes in total.
- Best appetizer
- Best soup
- Best salad
- Best healthy dish
- Best vegetarian dish
- Best gluten free dish
- Best pasta dish
- Best ethnic dish
- Best BBQ dish
- Best fish/seafood dish
- Best cookie
- Best dessert
This contest is open to all Carleton University staff and faculty!
- You can submit up to 3 recipes in the contest – the recipe must be your own, and you must be willing to give us the rights to print it in the calendar.
- Please submit the following information along with the recipe:
- Your Name
- Your Department
- The recipe category the dish belongs to
- A brief summary of why the recipe is special (e.g. family recipe)
The deadline to submit your recipe has been extended to October 11th!
The top 3 recipes for each category will be selected by the executive chef of Dining Services. These recipes will then be prepared by the Dining Services chefs, and a panel of judges will select the winner!
