The Carleton Advantage

The Carleton Advantage

The study of geography will enable you to analyze problems thoroughly, to use computers effectively, to tackle and resolve issues of varying complexity, to work productively in teams, and to communicate clearly. At Carleton, you’ll be taught by professors with varied and extensive research backgrounds. While the Department has a strong focus on Canadian problems and issues, you’ll find that many of our professors have field expertise covering areas such as the Arctic, the African continent, central Europe, South East Asia, and the former USSR.
