Lecture and Event Series

Lecture and Event Series

Throughout the year, The Faculty of Public Affairs holds a variety of lectures and events. These lectures present well-known or accomplished academics and professionals to the campus community and beyond to stimulate discussion and raise the profile of higher learning, Carleton University, and the Faculty of Public Affairs.

Our lecture series, including The Dick, Ruth, and Judy Bell Lecture and the Katherine A.H. Graham Lecture in Aboriginal Policy, are key annual lectures that showcase the most celebrated individuals and research directions to the academic and community and beyond.

Other events, such as Author Meets Readers – held in a nearby Glebe neighbourhood location – is a popular venue for our faculty authors to share some of their latest published works with the local Ottawa community.

Please feel free to browse our events and lectures to see what we are doing and how you can attend these thought-provoking events.
