Undergraduate Students
Making the transition to university is not an easy step. It is comforting to know that we offer a series of programs that provide points of contact with faculty and senior students, who act as advisers and sources of information.
The list of support services includes:
- Learning support services workshops
- the Tutor Referral Service
- Peer-Assisted Study Sessions
- the Paul Menton centre for Students with Disabilities
Make the most of your University experience . . .
Attending class is only part of a Public Affairs education. FPA students can choose from a long list of student clubs and societies in which to participate. Or, you may wish to become involved in student government by running for a position on CUSA executive. Travel abroad in exchange programs, attend lectures and workshops, and participate in case studies. Get hands-on journalism training while by helping out at CKCU — Carleton’s radio station.

But don’t forget to make time for leisure activities. Carleton’s campus provides many venues for relaxing with friends, from the Page Break Cafe to the banks of the Rideau River.
