Brenda Gallagher, co-ordinator of the Ottawa Chamber of Voluntary Organizations [CVSRD], which represents the non-profit groups, says the problem is widespread, reaching into every facet of non-profit life in the city.
“The economy has crashed so badly and every segment of it is so affected, there’s decreases of funding across the board,” Gallagher said.
