Past Event

This one-day conference will feature four leading scholars discussing the cultural and political dynamics and ramifications of intellectual property, including patents, trademarks and copyrights. Papers will discuss historical aspects of intellectual property law in Canada and abroad, will historicize and query the models of intellectual property now enshrined in law, and will consider the possible futures of intellectual property rights.
