Dan Cardamore, director of advanced technologies for QNX Software Systems Limited, a global leader in embedded software and a subsidiary of Research In Motion Limited (RIM), was named one of the Ottawa Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 list for 2012.

Cardamore is responsible for QNX Software Systems’ product prototyping and research activities. He played an instrumental role in the development of the BlackBerry® PlayBook™ OS and its software update (2.0) released this year. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer systems engineering.
