José Viñals, Financial Counsellor and Director of the Monetary and Capital Markets Department of the International Monetary Fund, will be visiting Carleton University to discuss
“Risks to Global Financial Stability: Policy Challenges and Priorities”
as part of the Annual Distinguished Speaker series of the Centre for Monetary and Financial Economics (CMFE).
