Period Studies Canadian and Aboriginal Art Methodology, Theory and Criticism Art, Institutions and Society Aboriginal/Non-Western Art Art History - B.A. Honours (20.0 credits) Credits Included in the Major CGPA (10.0 credits) 1. 1.0 credit in ARTH 1100 and ARTH 1101 (to be completed by the end of second year, that is, normally within the first ten credits); 2. 1.0 credit in Period Studies Before 1750; 3. 1.0 credit in Period Studies After 1750; 4. 0.5 credit at the 2000-level in Canadian and Aboriginal Art; 5. 1.0 credit in ARTH 3106 [1.0]; 6. 5.5 credits in Art History collectively satisfying:

Notes for programs in History and Theory of Architecture: 1. No more than 1.5 credits may be taken as directed readings and/or the Honours Research essay. 2. Architecture courses which are workshops or studio-based may not be taken for credit in these programs. 3. Architecture courses taken to fulfil the requirements of these programs are not transferable to other programs in the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences. |
