Welcome to the Centre for Governance and Public Management (CGPM). We are a research centre in the Faculty of Public Affairs at Carleton University, and part of the School of Public Policy and Administration. Founded in 2007, CGPM aims to be a national centre of expertise on public sector and public management reform in transitional and developing countries. We achieve this through a network of Carleton, national and international colleagues and fellows who participate in training programs, research, conferences and workshops, and publications.
