At approximately 1:45pm, Thursday, June 5th, Carleton CMS website users began to experience service degradation. CMS maintainers were unable to login to CMS to update their websites. Information was also being displayed incorrectly on some departmental web pages. In addition, many websites would not load or load intermittently.
ITS was able to determine the cause of the outage and stabilize the situation by 5:15pm.
We will continue to monitor Carleton CMS closely.
