Hours of Operation

You do NOT need an appointment or to join our virtual line to return your U-Pass. Please use the drop slot at the door of room 407 – Nideyinàn (formerly University Centre) any time the building is accessible.

You will receive a confirmation email within three business days when the Campus Card Office reopens. If you become ineligible or opt out of your U-Pass after picking up or renewing, you MUST return your card to receive a pro-rated refund.

Students who are eligible to renew will receive an email notification. You do NOT need an appointment or to join our virtual line to renew your U-Pass. Instead, please use one of the four blue kiosks stationed at the Galleria – 4th floor of Nideyinàn (formerly University Centre).

Please note the U-Pass program important dates before coming.

Students who plan to opt out or become ineligible should NOT renew their card.

Students who are not accessing on-campus resources (Athletics, Library, door access to Residence or labs) do NOT need to pick up a Campus Card.

If you are picking up your card(s), please check our current process. We strongly urge new students, staff, and faculty to review the Get Your Campus Card page in advance to verify eligibility and submit a photo. If applicable, we will provide eligible students with their U-Pass at the same time.
