Payment:

You will pay your application fee ($49 processing fee) to the Registrar’s Office when you apply to be a Special Student at Carleton. A few days later, after you are finished the application process and are registered in the Bridging course, you will be able to view your tuition and student fees on Carleton Central. You can then pay your fees through one of the accepted payment methods. Payment is not accepted on campus.

Financial Assistance:

Bridging Program students can apply for loans and grants to fund their tuition, books, and sometimes a small amount for travel expenses. You complete a single application with the Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP). With this one application, you will automatically be considered for any loans and grants for which you may qualify. Your eligibility depends on factors such as your income, your spouse’s income, how many children you have and their age, and permanent disability (yours or your child’s). To see how eligibility is determined, click here, then click “all the details” and scroll down to the income tables.
