Hockey Camp Counsellor Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and teaching hockey to children
  • Providing a welcoming and friendly atmosphere to all participants and parents
  • Monitoring of facility where the hockey camp is taking place, including ensuring patron safety and removing and reporting any potential hazards in area.
  • Enforcing facility standards for all participants;
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the facilities where program is operating;
  • Taking attendance, collecting allergy forms and waivers from participants as required
  • Provision of written reports in serious incidents
  • Any other duties as required

Experience/Skills Required:

  • Competitive midget age hockey experience minimum
