Measuring social value is a daunting task, and many organizations do not know how or where to begin. The breadth of literature and lack of best practices makes the process of beginning impact measurement even more difficult. However, there are certain common steps that should be followed to reach a basic level of impact measurement, which can then be expanded upon.
